We provide market research, competitive intelligence, industry analysis, and business intelligence reports to commercial clients. Our services are intended exclusively for business, professional, and commercial use by organizations, entrepreneurs, consultants, and business professionals.
Important: Our services are designed exclusively for business and professional use. Pinnacle Papers does not provide services intended for use in academic institutions as coursework, assignments, examinations, or any form of academic submission. Any engagement of our services for academic submission purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are confirmed in writing via email before work commences. No work begins without written confirmation from both parties.
To commission a research project, you must submit a research request via our website contact form or by emailing us directly. A project is confirmed only when you have received a written quote from us and made the agreed payment. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Full payment is required before research work commences, unless a written payment plan has been specifically agreed. We accept payment via the methods listed on our website at the time of ordering.
Prices are quoted on a per-project basis depending on scope, complexity, and delivery timeline. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
If payment is not received within 48 hours of invoice issuance, we reserve the right to cancel the project and release the reserved delivery slot.
Upon full payment, you own the research report and all deliverables produced for your project. You may use the report for any lawful business purpose including internal strategy, investor presentations, publications, or commercial decisions.
We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable methodologies and frameworks in future projects. We will never share your specific project details, proprietary information, or identifiable findings with any third party.
Our reports may reference publicly available third-party data and sources. We make no claim of ownership over third-party data and will cite sources appropriately within deliverables.
We treat all client project briefs, business information, and deliverables as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information you share with us to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.
We commit to delivery timelines agreed in writing at the time of project confirmation. If we are unable to meet an agreed deadline due to circumstances within our control, we will notify you promptly and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund or revised timeline. We are not liable for delays caused by late or incomplete information provided by the client.
We offer up to two rounds of revisions on all completed reports at no additional cost, provided revision requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests to substantially expand or change the scope of a project may be treated as a new project and quoted separately.
Our reports are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. Pinnacle Papers does not guarantee any specific business outcome based on the use of our research. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount paid for that project.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, without prejudice to your rights under the laws of your own country.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
